Services
Your parts will not only look better, but will also be protected for the long term.
Blasting / sandblasting
– professional surface cleaning
Abrasive blasting (sandblasting) is a mechanical method of cleaning metal surfaces using an abrasive medium under high pressure. It effectively removes rust, old coatings, oxidation, and contaminants down to clean bare metal.
A properly blasted surface has the ideal roughness and texture for subsequent coating application, significantly increasing adhesion and service life.
We will prepare your parts so that the final surface finish lasts for years.
Chemical pre-treatment
– the foundation of a durable coating
Chemical pre-treatment is a key step before powder coating. It removes grease, oils, and micro-contaminants that could reduce the quality of the final coating.
At the same time, it creates a protective conversion layer (for example, phosphating for steel), which increases paint adhesion and improves corrosion protection.
Thanks to proper chemical preparation, the resulting coating is even, strong, and resistant to external influences.
Chemical stripping
– a gentle method for surface preparation
An efficient process for removing old coatings, paints, and varnishes from metal surfaces without mechanical damage. It uses special chemical solutions that penetrate the coating layers and allow complete removal. The result is a clean surface ready for further treatment, such as powder coating.
Powder Coating
– a durable and aesthetic surface finish
Powder coating (Komaxit) is a modern technology for applying paint electrostatically. After application, the powder is cured in an oven, where it forms a continuous, hard, and highly durable layer.
A surface treated this way resists UV radiation, moisture, mechanical wear, and chemical exposure.
You can choose from a wide range of RAL shades, smooth and textured finishes. The result will be exactly to your requirements.
Plastic coating
– a durable and aesthetic surface finish
Plastic coating is a technology for applying a plastic layer to metal surfaces, ensuring high resistance to corrosion, mechanical damage, and chemical effects. It creates a thicker protective layer than conventional painting, increasing product service life while providing a pleasant, smooth or anti-slip surface as required.
Paint Thickness Measurement
– precise measurement with modern instruments
Paint thickness measurement is a control process that ensures correct coating application and long-term performance. Using precise measuring instruments, the uniformity and thickness of the applied layer are verified, preventing insufficient protection or, conversely, excessive build-up. The result is guaranteed quality and service life of the surface finish.
Cross-Cut Test
– verification of coating adhesion
The cross-cut test is a method for checking coating adhesion to the substrate. A fine grid of cuts is made on the surface, and test tape is applied. It is then evaluated whether the paint peels off. This test makes it possible to verify the quality of the surface finish and ensure its long-term performance and durability.
Product Packaging
– protection of products after surface treatment
Product packaging is an important part of the final process, ensuring protection of the surface finish during handling, storage, and transport. Suitable packaging materials and procedures are used to minimize the risk of damage. The result is safe delivery of products in perfect condition, ready for further use.

Frequently Asked Questions
We process any metal parts – from small components to larger structures, fences, frames, accessories, or machinery.
Both mechanical (sandblasting / grit blasting) and chemical pre-treatments depending on the material type – always targeted to create the perfect substrate.
With proper pre-treatment and application, powder coating is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, and abrasion – significantly longer than conventional wet paint.
The price of powder coating is determined individually. It depends on the complexity of the product, the thickness of the material and the number of pieces. The basic price is approximately 19€/m2 including VAT.
