Technologies
The technical equipment of our coating facility enables the processing of large-scale and heavy components while maintaining high coating quality.
Three-Track Overhead Conveyor with Coordinate Transfer System
The heart of our operation is a three-track overhead conveyor system with a perpendicular transfer ramp, which ensures smooth and efficient movement of components between individual technological phases.
This system enables optimal distribution of work operations—from surface preparation to coating curing—without unnecessary handling. This minimizes the risk of component damage while increasing production precision and efficiency.
The result is a stable process and consistent surface treatment quality.
Application Booth with Controlled Air Quality
Powder coating is applied in a professional application booth measuring 6 meters in length, designed for simultaneous operation by two operators.
The booth is equipped with an air dehumidification unit that ensures optimal humidity and cleanliness of the working environment. Controlled conditions significantly affect the quality of powder application and the resulting coating homogeneity.
This enables us to achieve a uniform coating layer without imperfections.
Gas Oven with 160 kW Output
For powder coating curing, we use a gas curing oven with two burners and a maximum output of 160 kW.
Precisely controlled temperature regime ensures uniform curing of the powder coating across the entire component surface. Stable temperature is crucial for proper coating polymerization, its hardness, and long-term mechanical and chemical resistance.
Manual Blasting Booth
The manual blasting booth is used for precise surface cleaning using abrasive media in an enclosed space. The operator manually blasts components, removing contaminants, corrosion, and old coatings.
The process operates using compressed air, which carries the abrasive to the material surface. The result is a uniformly roughened surface prepared for further processing, particularly powder coating.
The advantages include high precision, process control, and a clean working environment thanks to extraction and media recycling.
Chemical stripping
Chemical paint stripping technology is used to remove old coatings from metal components using chemical solutions. Components are immersed in stripping tanks, where the original layer is broken down and removed.
The process includes stripping and subsequent rinsing. Depending on the material, various types of solutions are used, potentially with heating to increase efficiency.
The result is a clean surface without material damage, prepared for further technological operations.
Maximum Component Dimensions and Weight
In our facility, it is possible to coat components with maximum dimensions:
6 × 1.8 × 1.5 m (length × height × width)
The maximum weight of a single coated component is:
1,500 kg
These parameters enable the processing of larger structural elements, frames, technological equipment, and industrial components.
